Are there any evidences among Ukrainian dialectisms that might support the already voiced version equalling Kiev/Kuyab to the Georgian word 'kuab' - 'cave'?
Yes, there are.
The following dictionary of Carpathian dialectisms has a Куєви (Kuevi) entry, saying:
"Куєви - гірські нетрі, провалля"
'Kuevi means mountaneous impassable places, earth holes'

...which is highly close to what 'cave' is.
