Berones tribe (La Rioja, Spain). And he insists, that the name should be pronounced as [lubia], not [libia]! But what shocks indeed is that
Lybia is considered to be a latinized form of the true city's name which in fact was...
Oluba! That's the Megrelian toponymic structure, that starts with "
O-" and is analogical to the Kartvelian "
Sa-" structure.
