This is the name of the land in Central France where Vercingetorix comes from. May be interpreted as 'Overni' or 'Oberni'. The latter translates from Megrelian as 'land of berni', while 'berni' is the same tribe we saw in Spanish Bernedo.
And now the cool stuff. Auvergne officially is considered to come from the Arvernes tribe. But it seems to be exactly vice versa: if 'Overni' is 'land of verni', then 'arverni' means 'not verni', as we already saw in case of the Spanish Aravaci, who turned out to be 'not Vaccei',
