AMAZIGH

That's the local name for 'Libya'. Kartvelian? You bet:

A + MAZ + IGH

The definite article (A) + the same root we saw in Cappadokian Mazaka (also, in Kartvelian words 'lamazi' and 'mazalo') + 'IG', possessive suffix in Ossetian/Scythian (how it got there, is subject to a separate investigation).

Thus, AMAZIGH turns into THE MAZIGH, meaning THE BEAUTY-RELATED. Actually, the place has a meaning of 'wonder'.

Can this be substantiated anyhow? Yes.

There is another version of spelling it:

TAMAZIGHT

TE + A + MAZ + IG + AT

Two articles (one Megrelian, one Phoenician, so, they may overlay without knowing each other's meaning) and the Laz AT-suffix of place.

May it be substantiated further? Yes.

Already mentioned in this blog Berber tribe of Zanat (which is Zaneti) has a spelling of Taznatit, with clear Ta-/Te- article. Meanwhile the land of Kabyles is known as Taqbaylit, again, with the same T-starting article. Which is, Megrelian თე, in case you forgot...
