ZANATA, LUBATA & MUZATA

The Arabian writer Ibn Khordadbekh (IX century) who wrote about Berbers, mentions such tribes as Zanata, Lubata and Muzata. If you remember that, according to Klimov, the Laz AT-suffix corresponds to the Kartvelian ET-suffix, you will easilys see that these are Zaneti, Lubeti and Muzeti. With Zaneti everything is clear: Zan = Laz; with Lubeti everything is clear too, recall my 'The Lubes' story; while Muzeti refers to Mysia [muzia], a region in Anatolia. The same Ibn Khordadbekh mentions 'Filastin' as Berber ancient motherland, which is, Hanaan.
