ZAGREB

It had to be it. The Croatian capital clearly represents a Georgian plural form 'zagreb(i)', of which the singular would be 'zagri' - 'ზაგრი'. The word is present in Svan language where it means 'mountain' or 'mountain pass':

The city was built on at least three mountains: Kaptol, Gradec and Medvednica.
