Άρίζαντοί (Arizanti)

Meet a Midian tribe 'Arizanti'. Not a total bullseye, but quite close would be to assume the Kartvelian 'ar Zaneti' (არ ზანეთი), which is 'not Zaneti', with Zaneti being 'land of Zans' (Laz and Megrels).

  1. Look I found another Midian tribe called Mardi and I compare to მარდი - swift.

  2. Midi, Mede itself sounds like მიდი or 'go ahead' and მიდიან - '(they) are leaving', but where ?

maybe it is really someway connected to Colchis or Medea,

because as Herodotus says Medes were called Arian by all, but changed their name to Medes after Medea visited them from Greece.

  3. I want to make a comment on Hittites.

    Hittites - ხეთები, ხეთა, ხეთი

    კა-ხეთი
    კოლ-ხეთი
    კუ-ხეთი
    ჯავა-ხეთი
    მეს-ხეთი

ხეთი is the name of Hittites,
ხე means a wood, or a tree.

Hittites have perfected a war chariot. (Woodworking).

    Pre-Hittite people were called Hurrian
    Hurri -ხურო

    ხურო means a woodworker

    1. Excellent. Except for one thing: we have no reliable sources proving that Hittites ever existed. We need proofs.

    1. Don't forget that in Ancient Greek ypsilon (Y) rendered [u] sound, not [i].
