PARK

Actually, 'to park' means 'to put in a certain place':

...from where we derive 'a park' as 'a place to put something into'.

The word პარკი [parki] exists in Kartvelian language exactly in this meaning: sack, bag, cocoon, emptiness.

That's a twice as interesting an example. The Kartvelian language spread the word thousands of years ago around the globe to re-borrow it back a hundred years ago in a new meaning.
