ANOTHER KARTVELIAN ALPHABET

Since:
"...Lycia had been being inhabited by Lycians, the descendants of Luvians..."...

...and Luvians = Alubes = Alybes = Chalybes = Laz = Kartvelians = Georgians, then we have another Georgian alphabet - the Lycian one - created in VI century b.C.:

Also, upon the close examination of Luvian alphabet you'll see that 'I' letter fully corresponds today's Kartvelian "I" - ი. While 'L" quite resembles the modern Kartvelian "L" too:
