CORIELTAVI

Incredible! This pre-Roman British tribe is better known as 'Corieltauvi', but 'Corieltavi' is also acceptable:

The word 'corieltavi' is translated from Kartvelian (ქორიელთავი) as 'hawk-headed'.

The hawk had been considered by Celtic Druids as the most ancient animal:

The sacred place of worship Grove of Corieltauvi mentions 'Hawk of the North' as some ceremony:

Ptolemy mentions this tribe as 'Coritani', which clearly includes 'Coreti' (ქორეთი) - 'land of hawks'. The word is even present in a name of a Leicester sports club - Leicester Coritanian A.C.

Hawks are widely present in Britain:

Do you want to know the names of corieltauvian kings? One of them was called... Cartivelios! The other two - Dumnocoveros and Dumnovellaunus. 'Dumna' in Kartvelian means 'silent'.
