That's the name of a city in ancient Mysia (Minor Asia). As we did many times, let's transcribe it into Kartvelian: LURNETI.
'Lurneti' means 'land of lurni'. 'Lurni' is Old Kartvelian plural from 'Luri'. 'Luri' is a West Iranian ancient tribe which is considered to be descendants of Elamites:
