CALAGURRITANI

The same Pliny mentions another tribe in Spain named Calagurritani. From this we can derive 'Calagureti' and further 'Calaguri'. The root may be the same as mentioned by Saba Orbeliani in the word ყალაღანი (kalagani) - 'growing up free'. Since it seems to be an ANI-adjective, we may replace ANI with another adjective siffix - URI - and end up having 'kalaguri'. Thus, the tribe's name - Calaguretani - may denote freedom-loving people.
